Towards Balance Workshop
Participants learn a short self-massage routine to help relieve upper back, shoulder, neck, and arm tension and associated headache/eyestrain problems. 
The techniques are suitable for many organisations from
Carers Groups to Companies where people are lifting, sitting at workstations, or driving for long periods of time.
