Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC)
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners, sponsored by the Department of Health.  The Department states "...that where people are looking for complementary healthcare practitioners, they use someone who is CNHC-registered." (Department of Health, January 2011)  The Register is Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA).

MLD UK
Provides information, to the public, about Lymphoedema and related conditions including a series of mini-guides on the benefits of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Information is also provided on the professional training available both within the UK and abroad.

Dementia Friends
Launched Spring 2013 with the aim of signing up one million Dementia Friends by 2015 - target reached and now in excess of 1.5 million people. How? By informing people at sessions and working to promote dementia friendly communities.  Please visit the web-site and register, or read about the many novel and interesting actions people are taking to bring about change.

Cancer Research UK - 'clicktocure' Research Project
Launched on 24th October 2012 this project asks members of the public to take part in a piece of research as 'citizen scientists'.

The Association of Reflexologists
The Association was founded in 1984. The aim of the Association is to help maintain a high standard of practice and patient care and to promote reflexology. 
Members are qualified therapists (MAR) who abide by the Association’s Codes of Practice and Ethics. They do not claim to cure, diagnose medical conditions or prescribe. They do not treat specific ailments but work with the person by stimulating and balancing the whole body.

Federation of Holistic Therapists - Local Support Group
The FHT holds a register of qualified therapists accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. Nationally it runs many Area Groups and the Chichester and Surrounding Area Group meets bi-monthly and is open to everyone.  FHT members, members of other therapy associations and the general public are welcome to attend.

The London Centre of Indian Champissage International
The training centre was founded in 1995 by Narendra Mehta MBE the founder of Indian Champissage.  A Register of Diploma qualified therapists (LCICI) is maintained on the web-site.

St Wilfrid's Hospice, Chichester - Education Centre
The Education Centre specialises in providing education for a multidisciplinary audience of doctors, nurses, social workers and all therapists including complementary therapists.
