Located in central Chichester, at the Cathedral/Main Post Office end of Chapel Street. The Room is close to the bus stops on West Street which serve towns from Bognor Regis to Midhurst and Arundel to Portsmouth and beyond. The closest public car park is St Cyriac's and there are several Disabled Parking bays on Chapel Street just outside the entrance to the Room.

Access: the Room is on the ground floor.  The entrance porch has a low step (kerb height) with a low door threshold. Alternatively, a home or workplace visit can easily be arranged should that prove more suitable.

    Flexible appointments: till 8pm (5pm weekends)     
     Prices per session range from:
     £18 to £48 depending on the therapy    
     £11 to £28 for children under sixteen


Towards Balance Workshop
Participants learn a short self-massage routine to help ease upper back, shoulder, neck, arm, scalp and facial tension. 
The techniques are suitable for many organisations from Carers Groups to Companies where people are lifting; sitting at workstations; or driving for long periods of time.
